We were tasked to create FOMO for customers who had cancelled their subscription. I crafted this headline and mailer strategy to persuade our audience that the adrenaline of HBO programming shouldn’t be missed – even if they’ve already experienced it before.

As part of our FOMO campaign for customers who’ve cancelled their HBO subscription, we wanted to play on the emotional bond that viewers have with their favorite characters. Without HBO, it’s a bit like missing someone they love. And no one deserves to feel lonely.

During the holidays in 2015, Hallmark made their return to AT&T U-verse programming, so this mailer was a small part of a big announcement. Utilizing classic messaging, the entire campaign was simple, but successful.
