How writing can help you achieve a positive mindset

The joy I’ve found in writing is almost indescribable.


Scribbling words on a page is a solution I use for many different issues I face throughout my day.


The secret lies in easing the mental checklist weighing me down. Once I get my thoughts or obligations down on paper, it’s like I’m freed of the constant worry and pressure.

I now know that I can look back at this new, written list without needing to bounce 20 or so ideas around in my head, scared to forget a single one.


It works great with resentments too. If i feel like I’m holding a grudge or harboring negative feelings, I write them down on paper and the issue is instantly easier to deal with. This helps with forgiveness and growth.

It’s always been a dream of mine to write a novel, but for now happy writing copy for brands around the world.

I can’t wait to see where writing takes me next. I’m blessed to have incredible opportunities doing something I love so much. I would recommend writing to anyone struggling with personal growth, resentments or facing other challenges in their lives.
